1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jethbus through any device — including desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your acceptance is deemed to occur at the moment you complete the account registration process, make a deposit, place a wager, or otherwise use any feature or service on the jethbus platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, or responsible gaming policy published on jethbus. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific set of game or bonus rules, the more specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game or promotion, and these general terms shall govern all other matters.

jethbus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting an updated version on the jethbus website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of jethbus following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

jethbus is strictly an adults-only platform. To register an account and participate in any game, sporting event wager, or promotion on jethbus, you must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using jethbus under any circumstances.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use jethbus:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing jethbus from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether administered by jethbus or by any third-party responsible gaming body — that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jethbus or any affiliated company.
• You have not previously had an account closed by jethbus for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting solely for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any other person.

jethbus reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address from any player at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill issued within the last three months. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To use the real-money features of jethbus, you must register a single personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active account on jethbus. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name or in the name of another person — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jethbus reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any winnings derived from the duplicate accounts, and forfeit any bonus funds associated with them.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. jethbus will never request your password via email, live chat, or SMS. You must notify jethbus support immediately at support@jethbus if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. jethbus shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your jethbus account. 2FA is available at no cost from your account security settings following login.

Account Currency

All jethbus accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are processed and displayed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Bangladeshi Taka amounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jethbus processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the jethbus cashier at the time of transaction. Limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jethbus account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited. Withdrawal requests are processed by the jethbus finance team within a target of 10 minutes to 24 hours, subject to verification requirements.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your identity must be verified through the jethbus KYC process. Withdrawal requests are subject to review to confirm compliance with these Terms & Conditions. jethbus reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. There are zero withdrawal fees charged by jethbus on all supported payment methods; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Funds Held in Trust

Player funds deposited to jethbus are held separately from the company's operational funds. jethbus does not use player funds for operational expenditure. All account balances are available for withdrawal at any time subject to the verification and withdrawal conditions described above.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jethbus offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. The following general principles apply to all jethbus bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the specific promotion terms at the time of opt-in. jethbus will not alter the wagering requirement for a bonus after a player has opted in to that promotion.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified adult players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one per player, per household, and per device, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Players who have registered under a self-exclusion arrangement are not eligible to receive or redeem any bonus.
• jethbus reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and betting markets specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements.

Abuse of Bonuses

jethbus actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, use of automated betting software, and collusion with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, jethbus reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the offending account.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on jethbus — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, physical dealing methods conducted in real time by professional dealers. All game outcomes on jethbus are genuinely random and are not influenced by previous results, account status, deposit history, or any other factor.

Game-specific rules for each title are available within the game interface itself. Players are encouraged to read the applicable rules before wagering real money. Return to player (RTP) percentages for slots and casino games are set by the respective game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others — and are audited independently.

Sportsbook

Sportsbook wagers are accepted on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sporting events at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. jethbus reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregularity. In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time; it is the player's responsibility to confirm the odds displayed before confirming any wager.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection interruption, or system error during gameplay, jethbus reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wager placed. This applies to both casino games and sportsbook events. jethbus will not be liable for losses arising from any technical failure outside of its direct control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jethbus and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one jethbus account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your jethbus account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game or on the sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus hunting designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms.
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful source.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the jethbus platform, servers, databases, or software.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at jethbus staff, support agents, or other players.
• Any other conduct that jethbus reasonably determines to be harmful, dishonest, or contrary to the interests of the platform or its players.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jethbus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• A verified request for self-exclusion from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jethbus account at any time by contacting support at support@jethbus. Upon account closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to full completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jethbus will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances are held in trust and remain available for withdrawal upon the player's request and successful re-verification of identity.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jethbus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jethbus platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or third-party software issues.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or game errors as described in Section 6.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, odds, or content published on jethbus.
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties, including payment processors, game providers, or other service providers.
• Any gambling losses incurred by the player in the normal course of using jethbus services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jethbus's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Changes to These Terms

jethbus reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a revised version on the jethbus website, clearly displaying the updated effective date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of jethbus following the publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using jethbus and may request account closure as described in Section 8.
